Welcome! I'm Jennifer Mancini

I'm a 47-year-old LA-based coach, passionate about helping women over 40 thrive through fitness, nutrition, and yoga. My journey has been shaped by my personal experience with Hashimoto’s Disease, borderline Rheumatoid Arthritis, and the hormonal changes many of us go through. These challenges have taught me the importance of resilience, balance, and self-care—values I now share through my platform, GloFit.

In my earlier years, I was deeply involved in the fitness world, even competing in figure competitions for five years. While I achieved physical goals, I realized that true health, balance, and happiness were missing. Through this experience, I learned that looking good doesn’t always mean feeling good, and I became committed to finding a better way.

Now, my focus is on empowering women to embrace strength and balance through weight training and yoga. These practices are essential for building lean muscle, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall wellness—especially for women dealing with hormonal changes or autoimmune conditions. My methods emphasize finding beauty in balance: not just in appearance, but in how you feel both physically and mentally.

Through personalized 1-on-1 programs and small group sessions, I guide women to discover their unique "glo." We work together on sustainable fitness routines, balanced nutrition, and inner wellness that fuel not only physical transformation but also self-confidence and vitality.
